Helmet, lock, mobile phone holder, and bottle holder are included in the rental price, with a delivery of the equipment at the discretion of the rental company. Condizioni di noleggio e normativa
Al momento del noleggio è obbligatorio presentare un documento d’identità valido. You must be of legal age to sign the waiver and accept the regulations. In case of a minor customer, the presence of an adult guardian who assumes responsibility is required. Equipment is rented only to individuals who can demonstrate adequate ability to safely operate the bike and comply with the Highway Code.
The service is active every day in July and August with the following hours: 9:00-13:00 and 15:00-19:00. The renter and the customer check together the correct functioning of the products. In case of anomalies, it is the customer's responsibility to report them immediately for possible replacement. In case of tacit consent, the bike is considered delivered in optimal conditions.
In accordance with the regulations of the Val Troncea Natural Park and the Gran Bosco di Salbertrand Park, the use of bicycles is allowed exclusively on white roads open to the public and during daylight hours, in conditions of good visibility and safety. Failure to comply entails the customer’s responsibility for damages to themselves, the products, or third parties, in addition to penalties by law.
Prezzi, consegna e autonomia delle batterie
The rental price includes: helmet, lock, mobile phone holder, and bottle holder. The delivery may incur costs: generally €15 per trip (one way or return, return trip = €30) for a pair of bikes, with an added €5 per trip for each individual bike beyond the pair. The maximum number of bicycles per delivery is eight. It is strictly forbidden to transport vehicles with your own vehicles.
Battery autonomy: for a full day, at least 100% charge; for a half day, at least 80%; for multiple days, 100% from day 1 plus the charger and key to remove the battery. If the bike is collected the evening before, the battery may not be charged. In case of depletion during the excursion, a replacement battery or vehicle can be requested at €30 per bicycle.
Payment for the rental is required in advance of the start of the rental, using any common payment method. For telephone/online bookings, 100% of the rental price is required through a platform provided by the rental company. A support service is available every day to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Guides e condizioni di prenotazione
Mobilitas organises guided tours with qualified guides, subject to booking at least 48 hours in advance. The activity may be postponed or cancelled in case of bad weather or force majeure, with possible refunds. Participants declare themselves physically fit and technically prepared for the route, and the organizers are not responsible for damages due to inadequate conditions.
Safety rules include mandatory use of helmet and safety devices. The Lineabici Bike Rent service is a long-term “carefree” rental, with upgrade options for the bike, and no concerns about selling or wear. For a ½ day rental, the price and terms are posted by the rental company and deposits may be required as a guarantee for damages or non-compliance.

È stata una giornata bellissima, davvero indimenticabile! Il ragazzo che ci ha fornito le biciclette è stato top: super gentile, disponibile e preciso. Le bici erano perfette, equipaggiate con tutto il necessario: lucchetto, casco, pompa, schiuma per le gomme e camere d’aria. Ci ha fornito anche una mappa digitale tramite un’app, spiegata in modo molto chiaro, con indicazioni dettagliate sui percorsi e tantissimi consigli su cosa vedere lungo il tragitto. Ci ha segnalato diverse calette dove fermarsi per un bagno, alcune davvero spettacolari.
